Tolerance and kindness are pretty different; one is passive while the other is active... I think we have to be specific in how we define "tolerant," because sometimes it's antonym, "intolerant," accomplishes some pretty shady stuff. I propose Voice vs. Silence? (Maybe I just have too much time on my hands to even be thinking about this... ;)
